What we ask for, and why
Your email address is the only required field — without it we cannot reply. We ask for the rest so that our first answer can be concrete.
- Name
- So we can address you in our reply.
- Email address
- Where we send our reply. This is the only required field.
- Phone number
- If you prefer a call. Optional.
- Number of apartments, districts
- Without these we can only give a generic answer, not a real quote.
- Apartment type, current use, permit status, services requested
- So we know what kind of apartment it is before we call. All optional.
- Message
- Whatever you write to us.
- Campaign identifiers (utm, gclid)
- So we can see which ad the enquiry came from.
Legal basis
Your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given via a separate checkbox before you submit the form. Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
How long we keep it
We keep the details of your enquiry for 1 year from receipt, then delete them. If you ask for deletion earlier, we delete them straight away.

The providers below act as processors on our behalf. We do not sell your data and do not use it for profiling.
