We made an offer in Ádám's office, which was accepted. The contract signing was lengthy due to the seller, but Ádám was with us every step of the way and helped us with everything. He was also able to assist us with minor renovations to the apartment. Since then, the apartment has been doing well on the market, and I am very satisfied with the return on investment. I got in touch with the head of Invest Inn Budapest, Adam Majoros, in early November 2022. He offered us a fully renovated, split apartment near Keleti Railway Station in the 7th district. Adam negotiated the purchase price as low as possible, and we made the offer online, which the seller accepted. By December, the two apartments were listed separately on the Airbnb market. Bookings came immediately in December, but Invest Inn warned us about the slower tourism season in January and February. However, bookings have been coming in since then, with lower prices for the nights than in the high season, but we are almost fully booked.

Last fall, we purchased an investment property with the help of Invest Inn Budapest. The owner, Adam, showed us several properties and used calculations to demonstrate why it was worthwhile to buy a property in the 7th district. At first, we weren't sure whether we wanted to buy a property for long-term or short-term rental, but with the help of Invest Inn, we found a property that was leased for the long term until November 31st, giving us time to think about the future. There were several offers for the property, but fortunately, ours was accepted. Adam represented us in the bidding and we still managed to get the property at a reasonable price. After the tenant moved out, Adam convinced us to switch to short-term rental due to the location, prepared the property, and the first booking arrived for New Year's Eve. It's January 24th now and the property has already generated 1200 Euros in less than a month. This is pretty brilliant considering they said that January-February is the slowest period.
